Terms of Service
1. Scope and booking
We restore interiors and apply ceramic coatings and protective film in Kyiv. Site copy is indicative; the written order binds. Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is paid.
2. Quotes and payment
Quotes hold 14 days and may change if inspection reveals hidden defects. Prices are in UAH, taxes included. A 30% deposit secures the slot; the balance is due on completion. Cancel free up to 48 hours before the slot; later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
3. Your duties
Give accurate vehicle details, disclose prior repairs, remove valuables, and deliver the vehicle clean and movable. Completion dates are estimates; weather may extend them.
4. Warranty and liability
Workmanship is warranted 12 months; paint protection for the certificate period. Excluded: accidents, automatic washes, abrasives, improper maintenance and third-party repairs. Liability is limited to the value of the affected service.
5. Complaints and data
Complaints: contact@jalentria.com within 14 days of handover. Consumer complaints may also go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” of 10.06.2021 No. 3153-IX. Booking data is processed per the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI; non-essential cookies need consent. See our Privacy Policy.
