Warranty Policy

Limited warranty for ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and interior restoration. No lifetime or permanent protection is implied.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Ceramic coating: 2 years from application against loss of hydrophobic properties under normal use.

Paint protection film: 5 years from installation against yellowing, cracking, or delamination.

Interior restoration: 1 year from service against fading or cracking.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original vehicle and customer.

2. Exclusions

Accidents, collisions, or vandalism.
Improper washing, abrasive cleaners, or automatic car washes.
Pre-existing defects not caused by our service.
Normal wear and tear, including gradual reduction of coating performance.
Environmental damage not removed promptly (e.g., acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap).

3. Claim Process

Contact us at contact@jalentria.com or +380 679 217 7955 within 30 days of discovering the defect. Provide proof of purchase, photos, and a description. We will inspect and, at our discretion, repair or reapply. This does not limit your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2021. Consumers may appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
