We do not quote from photographs. Before any extraction pass or surface treatment, a technician inspects the cabin, rates odour-source management on our 1 to 5 studio scale, and records fibre type, moisture readings and elapsed time in the job sheet you receive.
The diagnostic fee is credited against the treatment if you proceed. Ventilation duct treatment is quoted separately.
Booking intake
Send the vehicle details and the condition you want assessed. You get back a slot and a written scope: fibre type, agent pH, extraction passes and elapsed time, stated before any work starts.

One address, one bench, one documented 12-step process. Each booking is confirmed by phone or email before the car is accepted, and the diagnostic slot is held for 40 minutes.
Odour reduction is measured on a 1-5 studio scale before and after treatment, with moisture readings logged at 24 and 72 hours. Severe contamination from smoke, pet waste or flood damage may only reach a partial result, and we tell you that before you pay. Ventilation duct treatment is quoted separately.
Ceramic coating and film reduce exposure to UV, contaminants and wash marring. They are not scratch-proof or damage-proof, and they do not make a car maintenance-free. Coating life depends on wash method and parking conditions, so we record the applied product and the service date for you.
